CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY

EXCURSIONS:  All cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before your excursion’s departure time. To cancel, please call (850) 899-4809 immediately.

There is no refund for deposits at full price during high season. However, you can reschedule to a future date based on availability.

Please make sure to cancel your reservation at least 24 hours in advance; otherwise, your credit card will be charged the total amount of the reservation, and no refunds will be issued for reservations canceled within 24 hours of departure. If you fail to show up for the reserved trip without canceling, no refund or rescheduling will be provided.

If the Captain of Salty Fish Excursions® cancels a trip for any reason, we will try to reschedule the trip during your stay near Port St. Joe, FL. If you cannot reschedule, you can receive a voucher for an excursion in the future.

UPGRADES:

A $35 Deposit for Food and Drink upgrade is required. Failure to cancel 24 hours before the departure date will forfeit your deposit.

Reserve Towable Floaty is required so that the Captain can prepare accordingly for a safe and fun day. Failure to cancel 24 hours in advance will forfeit your deposit. 

Right to Refusal:

The staff of Salty Fish Excursions reserves the right to refuse service for any reason.

TICKETING AND BOARDING INFORMATION

For Salty Fish Excursions®, arriving at least 15 minutes before the departure time mentioned in your email confirmation is essential. 

Please note that Panama City and St. Andrews are in the Central Time Zone, while Port St. Joe, Apalachicola, and Cape San Blas are in the Eastern Time Zone. 

Please make sure to arrive at the dock at the specified time as all trips will depart promptly. If any unforeseen events do arise, please call or text us at (850)899-4809 to inform us of any delay. However, please note that we may not be able to accommodate your delay, as we may have scheduled trips before or after your reservation.

On the day of your trip, you will be asked to present your confirmation email (printed or via phone) and a valid government-issued photo ID. Please ensure you bring both of these documents to avoid any inconvenience. 

All guests must have a basic understanding of the English language to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience.
